2005

Before we even began as a non-profit, we understood the importance of taking care of the families. In April 2005, we decided to sponsor a formal occasion to recognize ten brave Marines from Colorado, Wyoming and South Dakota, and demonstrate to their families that we care and remember.

2006

In July 2006, we held another "Remembering the Brave" ceremony [1] [2]. This time we folded the Navy into the ceremony, honoring the ultimate service of a SEAL and his heroic mission. Three additional Marines were honored, and most of the families from the 2005 ceremony attended.

But it's more than just a dinner, a slideshow, and a couple of flowers. We're here to tell the families who have suffered an incredible loss that it won't be forgotten.
